This is not very useful on genning itself, but could cause confusion on reading some legit pokés and trying to gen later with them in mind. This is a known mechanic of breeding, but I don't think many people would assume they would be listed also as relearn moves. Gen 6 pokémon can have level up moves listed as relearn if both parents had them on breeding and the offspring could learn it as level up. Options > Toggle Unicode changes the symbols into M/F, for people who have trouble with the symbols. This means it will be unclickable and gender will default to Male (or Female if the species does not have males or genderless if the species is genderless) There is a visual glitch when using PKHeX on Macs which will cause the gender symbol to not appear sometimes.
